A space that's genuinely theirs.

If you’re looking for support for your child or teenager, you’ve probably noticed that something isn’t quite right, and finding the right person to help can feel like a lot of pressure. I hope to make that decision a little easier.

How I work:

I offer a warm, safe, and creative space where young people can express themselves in ways that feel natural to them. Rather than expecting a young person to simply sit and talk, I work in a child-led way, using creative approaches that meet them where they are. This might include drawing, storytelling, play, or other expressive methods, depending on what feels right for your child.

My aim is always to help young people feel understood and less alone, and to build the inner resources they need to navigate whatever they’re facing.

What I commonly support

I commonly work with young people experiencing difficulties with:

  • Friendships and relationships

  • Traumatic experiences

  • Neurodivergence, including ADHD and Autism

  • Perfectionism

  • Anger

Many of the young people I see are struggling in ways that aren’t always visible on the surface, doing well at school but falling apart at home, or feeling like something is wrong but not having the words for it yet.

Working with parents and carers

I’ll keep you informed and involved as a parent or carer in a way that feels appropriate, while ensuring your child has a confidential space that is genuinely theirs.

If you’d like to find out more, or have a conversation about whether I might be a good fit for your child, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
