About me
Hello I'm Roni, A BACP-registered integrative psychotherapist and developmental psychologist, working with children, young people, and adults individually and in groups.
My background spans over 15 years in psychology before I qualified as a psychotherapist. Along the way, I completed doctoral training in developmental psychology, managed a research team within a psychometric assessment company, worked as a university lecturer, and now also serve as a reflective practice facilitator for employees in charitable organisations. This breadth of experience shapes the thoughtful, grounded way I approach my work.

I’ve had the privilege of working with clients from all backgrounds, across different settings, including the NHS and Place2Be. Within the NHS, I worked psychodynamically in a busy Talking Therapies service, supporting patients through relational challenges. At Place2Be, I supported children and young people aged 9–17 taking a child-centred and creative approach.

Whilst I put a lot of emphasis on the relationship between us, I also believe therapy works best when it feels genuinely tailored to you. As an integrative therapist, I draw on a range of evidence-based approaches and adapt how we work together based on what you need rather than applying a one-size-fits-all model.
If you’d like to find out more, I offer an initial consultation where we can explore whether working together feels like the right fit.
