You don’t need to have it figured out to reach out.

Taking the step to seek therapy can feel daunting, and if you’re here, something has probably brought you to this point. Perhaps you’re feeling anxious, low, or overwhelmed. Perhaps you’re stuck in patterns you can’t quite shift, or going through a change that’s harder than you expected.

 How we’ll work together:

Working with clients of all backgrounds, I offer a calm, unhurried space where you can explore what matters to you, at a pace that feels manageable. I’ll listen carefully and work with you to understand not just what you’re experiencing, but where it might be coming from, because often our early relationships and experiences shape how we feel about ourselves and others in ways we’re not always aware of.

Working collaboratively with you, I place the emphasis on the quality of our relationship, ensuring you feel held and psychologically safe. I draw primarily on psychodynamic principles, exploring our relational blueprints, alongside humanistic ideas around our capacity for growth and change. Where helpful, I may also bring in ideas from attachment theory, compassion-focused therapy, or CBT, always in service of what feels most useful for you.

Who I work with

I commonly work with adults experiencing:

  • Anxiety, depression, and stress

  • Low self-esteem

  • Relationship difficulties

  • ADHD

  • Workplace challenges

  • A difficult relationship with food or eating

  • Major life transitions — loss, identity changes, or shifts in work or family life

We’ll check in regularly about how the work is feeling and what you’d like to focus on. My hope is that over time you’ll develop a clearer sense of yourself, greater resilience, more confidence in your choices, and a stronger feeling of being at home in your own life.

If any of this resonates, I’d warmly encourage you to get in touch.
